Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be charged at the full rate.
For holiday bookings, cancellations made within 1 month will incur a 25% fee.
Access to Property
Clients must ensure we have access to the property at the scheduled time. If we are unable to enter due to locked doors, alarms, or other issues, this will be charged at the full rate.
Safety & Working Conditions
Please ensure we have a safe working environment. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are hazardous or unsanitary beyond normal needs.
Breakages & Damages
While every effort is made to treat your home with care, accidents can happen. Any damage caused by our team will be reported immediately, and we will repair or replace the item where reasonable. Pre-existing damage will not be covered.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any part of our service, please notify us within 24 hours.
Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any personal or property information obtained during services will be kept confidential.
Photography & Marketing
Please be aware that we may take photographs or short videos before, during, or after delivering our services. These images may be used for marketing and promotional purposes, including on our social media channels, website, and other advertising materials.
No personally identifying information will be shared. If you do not wish for your images to be used, please notify us.
Health, Medical Disorders & Medical Emergencies
You must declare any medical issues or health concerns during your initial consultation and keep us updated on any changes going forward. This helps us take the best possible care of your animal while they are with us.
In the event of an emergency, we will make every effort to use your pet's registered veterinary practice. However, if this is not possible, we reserve the right to use a veterinary practise of our choice to give the animal the best help at that time.
Pet Vaccinations
All animals must be up to date with treatments.
We recommend that all dogs receive (and will continue to receive) the Kennel Cough Vaccination. You (the client) agree to notify us at the earliest opportunity if your dog displays any symptoms of Kennel Cough.
Emergency Contact
Prior to us undertaking services, you must provide us with the name and contact number of someone trusted and capable of making a decision relating to the animals in an emergency. Ideally, we would prefer two contacts.
If the contact is not available, we reserve the right to consult with the registered veterinary practise and make a decision which is mutually decided to be in the best interest of the animal.
Vet Bills
Please be advised that you are responsible for any veterinary bills incurred while your pet is in our care, including additional fees such as emergency call-out charges. All outstanding balances must be settled with us upon collection of your animal.
Loss, Injury or Death
We will care for your animals as we do our own. Whilst every effort possible is made to ensure your pets receive the very best care, we cannot be held liable for any loss, injury or death to a pet either inside or outside of the home.
Updates To Our Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
