Any bookings cancelled within a month of the booking will be expected to pay 25% of the total booking amount. Furthermore, any dog walks cancelled with less than 24hours notice will be required to pay 50% of the total cost of the walk.
If I have to cancel the booking at any point at short notice it is the responsibility of the owners to find an alternative option, this would only ever happen in the event of an emergency or illness in which I cannot work.
